more and more users are complaining about disconnections and slow surfing speeds. The increasing use of streaming and communication services through home office work, constantly overload the network and lead to connection breaks and data jams. Some providers reacted early and significantly reduced their data transfer. We too have to battle with these challenges.

The network problems had a particular influence on our Polish, Spanish, French and Croatian customer who had to face severe communication and connection problems in the past few weeks. It mainly affected the mobile internet communication (GPRS), causing regular transmission problems of SMS but also had an impact on internet phone calls. In some cases even with a strong GMS signal systems could not be reached nor would they react due to the slow network.

On March 16th Microsoft already announced to make adjustments to divers service functions, which have come into effect. Due to this we have had failures in our e-Mail traffic in the past few weeks. The result: E-mails did not reach the recipient or arrived late, which gave the impression that we no longer offer support. As a result, in some cases, our customers have had significant problems to carry out their work which led to numerous complaints.
